I work as a global community leader for the UiPath Community. As a software company, we help professionals and students enjoy the benefits of automating the boring, repetitive and mundane in their work and beyond. For more than 10 years, I have worked in community development and entrepreneurial environments. I am the co-founder of two disruptive educational initiatives: first, the Alternative University, a self-directed learning program having the individual and the power of communities at its core; the second, the Entrepreneurship Academy, the first bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurial studies with an international diploma delivered in Romania. I left Bucharest 2 years ago, and now I am living in a small village, working remotely at a global scale while connecting to the natural surroundings and small communities around me. Recently, I started a new side project, Pixel Crowd, a local IT community dedicated to young adults to help them get the skills for their future tech careers.
