I am energized by accelerating enterprise operational performance in the SaaS space. My focus is to lead transformation and ARR growth, while also solving complex business issues by designing and executing winning strategies with my Stakeholders and Leaders.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: During my time in the Finance Transformation Office at Cisco, I’ve led multiple large-scale projects at Finance and Enterprise level aimed to enable better Customer Experience, Automation and Business Process Acceleration in areas highly challenged, my primary focus was on productivity improvement and systematic automation, by reducing manual processes, accelerating cycle times and enabling new business models. I have been in the driving seat in Cisco’s journey to Software Transformation, enabling Sales and Business Units successfully transform their go-to-market strategies.

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION & TRANSFORMATION: One of my biggest strengths is identifying process gaps and the right people to bring at the table to solve any critical business issues. I have managed Commercial Finance Operations across all business segments in EMEAR and directed Global SaaS Transformation from a deal management perspective, optimizing operations and processes. I am energized by solving critical problems and improving engagements between silo organizations, implementing best practices and interlocks with key stakeholders.

STRATEGY & GROWTH: I am known as someone with a strategic mindset, being able to develop and execute business plans, direct deep dive assessments and produce solutions or innovative opportunities. I focus on reducing costs and improving efficiency at large scale, improve business velocity and address manual processes. One of my biggest achievements was driving global sites development & operations centralization, managing the growth of new locations build for Shared Services Operations in the Eastern Europe (Prague, CZ and Krakow, PL). Currently I am growing and developing Operations in Austin, TX and Costa Rica.
