Global Women TechLeaders (GWTL) proudly hosted the 4th edition of the GWTL Roundtables at the Romanian Parliament, in partnership with the Committee for Labour and Social Protection. The high-level discussion brought together leaders from public policy, academia, corporate organizations, and the startup ecosystem for a powerful exchange of ideas and solutions.
Held under the theme “Shaping the Future: Tech Talent, Leadership & Startup Investment for Women”, the roundtable explored how reskilling, inclusive leadership models, equity compensation, and innovation can unlock sustainable and impactful careers for women in technology.
The roundtable created a space for strategic dialogue at the intersection of policy, leadership, and innovation, addressing:
- The future of work and tech talent development
- Startup investment, ESOPs, and access to capital
- Women-led innovation as a driver of economic growth
- Structural barriers in tech and business ecosystems
- Collaborative solutions between public and private sectors
The diversity of perspectives reaffirmed a core belief of GWTL: when women and men, institutions and innovators come together at the same table, systemic change becomes possible.
By convening these conversations in one of Romania’s most symbolic institutions, GWTL reinforced the importance of institutional engagement in advancing inclusive leadership.
We extend our sincere thanks to all guest speakers, moderators, institutional partners, and participants for their engagement, insights, and commitment to building a more inclusive, future-ready tech ecosystem.
