At Global Women Techleaders (GWTL), we believe that mentorship is a catalyst for change. The guidance and support of experienced professionals can empower women in tech, open new opportunities, and drive diversity in leadership. That’s why we’re launching the 2025 GWTL Mentoring Program, exclusively designed to connect senior professionals, leadership coaches, and career mentors with ambitious mentees seeking career growth.

Who can become a mentor?

We are looking for experienced professionals, industry leaders, and executive coaches who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and supporting the next generation of women in tech.

We welcome three types of mentors:

👩‍💻 Senior Professionals in STEM & Tech Leadership
✔️ At least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role in STEM, technology, or engineering.
✔️ Expertise in technical fields, digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, product management, or software development.
✔️ Strong interest in mentoring, coaching, and supporting women in tech.

🎯 Professional Mentors & Coaches
✔️ Experienced executive coaches, leadership coaches, or career coaches.
✔️ Ideally, with previous experience in mentoring women in STEM and tech industries.
✔️ Strong background in career transitions, leadership development, and personal branding.

🤝 Soft Skills & Career Development Coaches
✔️ Expertise in negotiation, communication, confidence-building, and leadership skills.
✔️ Background in HR, talent development, coaching, or mentoring programs.
✔️ Passion for helping women grow their careers and navigate challenges in the tech industry.

📌 GWTL team review: Mentor applications will be assessed by February 28, 2025.
